Orders and Payment

Payment must be received before an order can be processed and shipped.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Gemstone Spirit does not accept returns or provide refunds for purchased jewelry.

Shipping

A flat-rate shipping charge of $5.00 applies to orders shipped within the United States.

International customers are responsible for the full applicable shipping cost for their order. International shipping charges may vary depending on the destination, package size, weight, and shipping service available.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, Gemstone Spirit is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by their destination country.

Custom-Made Jewelry

Custom-made jewelry requires a payment of 50% of the agreed-upon price before work begins.

The remaining 50% balance is due when the custom piece is completed and before it is shipped.

Because custom-made jewelry is created specifically for the customer, all custom-made jewelry is final sale and is not eligible for return or refund.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and specifications when placing a custom order. Changes requested after work has begun may result in additional charges or changes to the completion time.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, product descriptions, designs, graphics, logos, written content, and other original material appearing on the Gemstone Spirit website are the property of Gemstone Spirit unless otherwise stated.
