All sales are final. Gemstone Spirit does not accept returns or provide refunds on jewelry purchases.

Custom-Made Jewelry

Custom-made jewelry is created specifically for the customer and is nonreturnable and nonrefundable.

Custom orders require a 50% payment upfront before work begins. The remaining 50% balance is due when the custom piece is completed and before it is shipped.
